Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy” or “AUP”) sets out the terms of your use of the ExtentAPI Platform (the “Platform”), within the framework defined and governed by the General Terms of Use. You must regularly review the Policy and its updates, and constantly ensure that any use prohibited by the Policy is prevented or terminated as soon as you become aware of it. By using the Platform, you authorize ExtentAPI to verify your compliance with the AUP by any appropriate means, and you undertake to cooperate with any request to verify compliance with the Policy or to terminate a violation.

The Client is solely responsible for the statements and content on the services they use. However, you must implement all useful and easily accessible measures to identify or allow third parties to directly notify you of illegal content, content contrary to public order or decency, or otherwise problematic content that you host on the Platform, and must ensure that appropriate responses are provided as soon as possible.

The Client undertakes to comply, when using the Platform, with all legal, regulatory, and ethical rules that may govern the exercise of their profession or apply to the applications and other services they deploy on the Platform. In any event and without limitation, you must refrain from violating, encouraging the violation of, or knowingly permitting the violation of any rights of any other person (including privacy, personal data protection, intellectual property, defamation, respect for dignity, etc.), entity, contractual obligation, and laws, including laws prohibiting the dissemination of child pornography, falsification, counterfeiting, identity theft, interference with electronic communications, invasion of privacy, illegal sending of commercial/marketing messages, excessive collection of user data from a minor audience, securities violations, electronic fraud, money laundering, terrorist activities, false advertising, or the propagation or profit from fraudulent products.

In addition to the foregoing, the Client is reminded that, by using the Platform, they must not directly or indirectly engage in activities such as pimping, incitement to suicide, online gambling (unless officially approved), or drug trafficking.

The Client must not use the Platform in a way that would generate unreasonable, disproportionate, or inappropriate network traffic on the ExtentAPI infrastructure (including its network) and/or that of third parties to the Agreement, according to industry practices, leading to an abnormal risk of performance degradation for other Platform users’ applications.

The Client must not use the ExtentAPI infrastructure and Platform for purposes other than those reasonably expected by ExtentAPI at the time the Agreement was concluded.

The Client must make reasonable use of the Support, using decent and respectful language towards the Company’s employees and service providers.
